Dancing is so much more than just a workout for me it’s how I connect with my family, my culture, and my roots. It’s in my blood, my happiest escape, and my favorite way to express myself.

As a Latina who grew up in Michigan, I often felt like I wasn’t Latina enough and that feeling sucked. But dancing has always been my way of staying connected to my culture, and this new journey as a dance instructor has made me realize just how deep my love for it runs. Now, I just want to share that passion with others!

MEET MARTICA, YOUR DANCE INSTRUCTOR

Hey! I’m Martha, and I’m so excited to be your instructor. I come from a proud Cuban family where music and dancing are a huge part of our culture. Ever since I can remember, dancing has been in my blood, and it takes me to a whole different frequency when I dance, nothing else matters. I’m in my own energy and flow, and I want you to feel that same connection to dance!

I also love to incorporate a little fashion into our classes because when you rock a cute outfit, it helps boost your confidence and motivates you to show up and give your best. Feeling good in what you wear is half the battle!

But above all, I want you to have fun and let loose. Dance is all about enjoying the moment, and every class is like an exciting, feel-good night out with friends laughing, moving, and vibing to the music. So come join us, let go, and let’s dance our hearts out!
